The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

I believe the issues are treatment of ground water that enters the pit and needs to be treated before being pump into the river etc., and to a lesser degree the diversion of ground water caused by the pit and the use of river water. Even settling ponds and water used in processing are being reviewed. These are specific details questions - standard stuff.

My understanding is, it is a bunch of specific science issues - none of which are deal killers - all about the complete spectrum of water systems design, but not a "start over' scenario.
