Promissory Notes
Promissory Notes I've been holding shares for a while - from way too high, but have kept this on the backburner for some time. Definitely likeing the turnaround in production and trying to get back up to speed. I see in the notes to the last fin'l statment that the notes were due in Dec of '12 - which has passed - I can't see anything where the terms have been renegotiated - are we in default? Any help with direction to look much appreciated.
