Tomsett upgrading his offer has limit the odvious one being they all must agree. Not everyone wants to keep chipping in to end up making the same amount of money. Possibility of no offer in the end. Just Rexx.

A single buyer can move quickly to up an offer and that  is a big positive.  The single buyer is working from a 43--101 documented and a number of previous offers. So the price can be quickly determine. The AGM is in the offing.  The buyer has money or share combination to aid in the offer. Best bet Newgold is sitting on 800 million cash and LOC with strong cash flow about to start. Cash seems to win over shares. But expect a dark horse or no horse. As buyer might wait to see who wins. Some intteresting times ahead
