The market activity during the past several months on this stock along with the Aurizon takeover bid and the need for NOX to dip into financing at this time would lead me to believe that Aurizon will get successfully swallowed up and the suitor will end up dropping the JV.  The market is not as stupid as most tend to think ... only irrational temporarily at times due to emotional sentiment and turmoil but never during an extended time frame.

 

This is by no means any expressed opinion on the merit of their project which I am not qualified enough to determine if it is hot or not, but the logic dictates that such news when made official would be initially viewed as negative by the market.
