Yellowbob, the discount from Brent to WTI is about $18 and I forget the discount Aroway is getting to WTI. The cost to ship by rail is about $10 where it is about $2 by pipeline. If ARW was getting WTI pricing, they could ship their oil by rail to Vancouver and make an extra $10 per barrel. The problem is the railcars. They seems to have to buy their own and there is about a 2 year wait to fill your order. They do a lot of rail out of the Bakken  (about 500k per day) so this option is coming slowly.
