The statement was made; 'This company is asking WAY too much for thier production.' I'm asking when did the company say this?  When has the company ever said what they are asking for?

I have never claimed to value the company.  I'm looking for answers based on fact, not fantasy.  The share price and valuation of the company are rarely the same.
