Not only ownership structure but capital cost will lend itself to a tough buyout. Rand will kick the tires but the timing will be to early for them to spend that kind of money until they prove up more resources on their neighbouring Massawa deposit. IMG is in their own world of hurt by losing a good chunk of market in the past 3 months and still bleeding. IMO, OLE would not fit for them unless TGZ was part of the package to allow for  an immediate lower cost production than the $900+/oz. they are experiencing right now. Chet should have taken the share package when he had the chance. I know TGZ will be out in full force this weekend in South Africa. Go visit them Chet. Booth # 2903.
