The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

I'm reading a lot of dissapointed shareholders posts about the sensio failure to penetrate its format with larger names, lack of transparency with royalty rates that seem much too low and broken promises. 

I'm not going to get into the merits of these discussions but to me, these points don't relate to the business model. IMO, the business model now is based - and all depends - on recurring revenues from 3DGO, with licensing the format and audio detect etc as additional high margin products that will help increase the penetration rate and scale of 3DGO. 

So here's the question - When is 3DGO launching and how many Vizio televisions are sensio compatible and what is the marketing strategy and what does the 3D content licensing agreements look like?
