In my experience many companies are quick to news release positive aspects of their business but lag way behind when it comes to negative news.  The fact that there are no conirmed facts / news makes this play very speculative IMO.  It would not surprise me to be sitting here a year from now, with lots of speculation but no news.  That's okay for my play money but seriously folks, you wouldn't expect any serious investor to be anticipating a strong return from BXI in 2013.
