 So it looks like Pace was initially interested in acquiring Avenex, or a good portion of Avenex with a stock issue with the intention of using our cash to fund themselves? Again, another interesting spin to the situation...

 It would be interesting to know what Clarke Inc. now thinks of the present situation? I would assume that Tom Thumb has also paid them a visit...
