RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: The Facts about Chinamax Sorry pre-feasibility study, still better written and more realistic. ADV still must raise debt and if project financed, then watch bank due diligence, particularly as Bloom Lake was such a blow-out. I would have thought that with challenges at Bloom that ADV would have used a more bank-acceptable engineering firm.
Never said they were the smartest guys in the room, scheffervile ore are poor and were shut down in 1982 at peak iron ore prices that were not exceeded until 2004, which should tell you much.
Trough ores are tough and to make good money, you must accept some facts; high power consumption and expensive concentrate. IOC and QCM produce a very good pellet, something the NML guys realise.
also important to remember that Hebei and Wisco want the iron ore and are not passive investors, they want the end product. So they will be taking and questioning feasibility study. Wisco had minimal at risk and made out on "investment" It came to play late but Hebei will have to put up $$$ beyong 120 million. Next step is detailed engineering which is also not cheap.
All investors, do not believe me, check the facts and get other opinions; analysts review the data, but make sure that it is not a vanity press (gets paid for the analysis).
