The meeting was attended by the High Commissioner of the National Dialogue and Sustainability (ONDS) of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), Vladimiro Huaroc Portocarrero, deputy mining minister, Guillermo Shinno, regional president of Lambayeque, Humberto Acuña Peralta , Congressman Virgil lambayecano Acuña Peralta. Also, representatives of the executive, local government and social organizations. At the meeting they discussed issues related to sustainable social development districts Incahuasi and Salas. It also agreed to include representatives of various institutions which include a representative of the Municipality of Salas, a representative of the Municipality of Incahuasi, two representatives of the farming communities of Incahuasi, a representative of the Association of Ecological Producers, a representative of the Association Kañaris Defense Coalition. Kañaris peasant communities, San Juan and Tupac Amaru also expressed their willingness to integrate these subgroups with representatives of the executive and other member institutions of the Bureau of Labor. During their participation, responsible for ONDS highlighted the presence of 100% of the members of the Working Committee and the incorporation of new actors, in order to bring development to these less fortunate peoples of the region, coinciding with the guidelines social inclusion set by the government of President Ollanta Humala.
