RE: RB replacement In 2007 Richard Boudreault, an accomplished engineer, took over as President
of ORBITE, (ORT). He had a dream of successfully extracting Alumina from the
Aluminous clays of Gaspe. The vision began in a lab and the eventual production
was accomplished in a pilot plant. Under his guidance numerous valuable patents
Were secured that not only enabled Orbite to commercially extract Alumina from
their billion ton resource but they did so economically leaving no environmetal
foot print. Richard and his team of scientists with the help of the world's best
experts, developed the game changing disruptive nature of this new process which
in time will replace the the more than century year old toxic Bayer process which
has left many lakes of red toxic mud which is an environmental disaster to many
countries. Richard then proved that his process can extract Rare Earths as well as
Extracting alumina from fly ash. Richard also proved that he could extract alumina
from the toxic red mud left over from the Bayer process and even clean up the toxic waste.
Richard organized the best scientific firms from around the world to send the right
equipment that would effectively build the first state of the art HPA factory that would start producing
One ton a day of HPA and then would be quickly ramped up to 3 tons per day and
eventually to 5 tons per day within a year. Richard choreographed the building of this
state of the art HPA plant in only 6 MONTHS. How many CEO's could have pulled that
off. I know plants taking years to do relatively simple rennovation work. This HPA plant
will extract and separate Rare Earths as well as other valuable by products at little to
no extra cost. The plant will have as well an SGA line which will derisk the future plans
of building 10 large SGA plants which will copy the SGA process in the HPA plant with
of course many more lines. Richard still had time to organize his team to sign MOU's
with the world's leaders in alumina and aluminum production, Rusal and Nalco. Richard
is now negotiating with a slew of companies world wide with non disclosure agreements
which include customers for HPA, licensing agreements, JV partnerships, etc. etc. etc.
As Orbite continues to prove their ability to commercially produce Alumina and rare earths
the interest by parties around the world is getting more intense. There is a lot at stake if
Orbite can produce these precious products cheaper and with no environmental foot print.
The business plan may have to be tweaked because of the tremendous demand from around the
world as Orbite demonstrates the ability to do all they say they can do as they have shown when they
recently announced production at their HPA plant of the first ton of HPA. Richard is fighting a winning
battle on many fronts. He has earned the highest awards for his accomplishments. The SP may be
temporarily manipulated by the Bay Street short sighted whors. But they know that they cannot hold
Orbite down for much longer. Richard brought the stock up from pennies to where it is now. I am fully
confident that under his leadership the SP will reach record heights that will richly reward the patient
investors who have done their DD. Richard is a great visionary and pioneer. His leadership is
invluable to our company. GLTA
