Agreed. I just want to point out that some aspects of the company's intellectual capital are actually superior to the old situation. Admittedly they aren't as tangible (yet) this time around,  but there is room for optimism. This company has worked out some kinks and has a great product ready for prime time. 

Your more informative and positive posts have been gold standard and really helpful. Keep the faith.
