BB28 - Great posts....  PPY is just a okay company with a great/incredible land package, that doesn't mean it will be a great company or an incredible investment.  What is it they do so well, that success is guaranteed and a big valuation premium is warranted?  This has been dead money for 3 months, I think it is safe to say it will be dead money for at least 6 more.  GLTA
