RE: Rusal and red mud

RE: Rusal and red mud

The exclusivity may not apply to Orbite's JV alumina partners. Orbite may want to offer its JV partners the privelege of direct economic participation of the red mud remediation. We should get clarification in due time.

The exclusivity can be understood in several ways.

1.  beneficial to Orbite in an efficient and expeditious economic sense. It is easier dealing with a single entity/partner with well established international industry experience.

2.  a tactic for Orbite to excercise leverage over its potential suitors by offering them pariticipation rights into red mud licensing.

All of this is still speculative on my part, as we await further clarification and developments.
