If you know the answers to the above, then I would say you know what you're talking about.
I'll give you a hint. If CEC doesn't get the necessary permits, then the insitu value is zero. But let's say they adhere to all EA regs and actually do get their permits. Then the insitu value would be more than zero.
Tell us how much you actually know about this particular depsosit. Besides rambling on about oranges and apples, give us something relevant to Raven. atb
