I think the delay will allow for those that need to come up with the cash in order to participate.

If they had the cash in-hand, they would not need to commit and delay closing until Feb. 14.

IMO, there will be selling in order to participate and get the warrants. I honestly don't like the fact that this was not a done deal from the beginning, with all the promo on the boards and what-not regarding the huge potential of POET.

Something just isn't right about this scenario. JMO
