That's a very simple explanation if true fairchij.

You are right though, and that those not participating can pick up shares below the financing price as there seems to be quite the supply.

I'm just wondering why this wasn't a done deal, and why interest for participating in the financing wasn't as high in demand as it should be for such a promising technology. Is it because the timelines have been delayed by approx. 9 months, or are there other risks we should factor in? JMO
