It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

time to buy more

I got a little more around 2.40. Looks like time to buy another couple thousand shares.

Nothing wrong with bargains. I had 100k share at one time, back when you could buy Sabina for 37 cents per share. Those worked out well.

Of course there is a lot less upside at 2 bucks than at 37 cents. So I own something like 16k shares now, not 100k. But it looks like time to bump that up to 18k-20k.
