Everything in the press release is just a delay and confusion tactic. They've got no money, no partnership funding, and a really crummy feasibility study. Picking up the phone and talking to a few companies about LNG or port facilities is fine, but it's not news. Closing a deal is what matters. Closing deals is not AXI management's forte.

And you've seen this nonsense about "collaborations" before. Last April there was a press release about an agreement with the Government of Nunavut to study alternative energy. Whatever happened to that "collaboration"? Nothing.

Vague press releases about "restructuring" have been put out since last February. What's come of it? Zilch.

Mark my words, nothing will come out of the vague initiatives in the latest press release.
