I agree with you.

I was pleased with the news release. The only thing that gives me some pause (aside from the disappointing market reaction) is the following.

"Ivanplats' exploration drilling activities at the Platreef site are on hold following notice from the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) due to community concerns over compensation issues. Discussions are ongoing with the DMR and all key stakeholders to ensure that exploration drilling recommences in the near future."

As you stated perhaps South Africa is already unpalatable to North American investors, so even a wiff of concern is causing many to leave or stay away.
