Lennox King// 3 and your Out ! ....Just wondering (again) how and if Mr Lennox King may be involved w/ the Ole-TG deal. Hes on the TG BOD, and a big player at RoxGold....TG (in my opinion) has made 2 big mistakes w/ Ole and LK may be the reason. jmo...... heres how I see it:
Lennox Kings 3 strikes:
1. Does nothing and blows the buying advantages of the 2012-3Q high TGZ stock price…now TGZ needs to issue 40% to 50% more shares to acquire much needed OLE (Damage Done)
2. Destroys diplomatic relations with top OLE mgmt before even trying to negotiate a deal with OLE by being the #1 main cause to remove them from Rox Gold BOD (Damage Done)
3. Still sits idle in 2013-Q1 and makes no play for OLE while his stock free falls off a cliff AND he has fresh OLE FS in hand sufficient to make a revised offer. But the longer he waits the less chance TGZ ever has of buying OLE. So I guess he is waiting for competition or for someone to initiate a hostile TGZ takeover. What sense does that make?. Ole is ripe right now. So stick your hand out Mr LK, and pick the low hanging the fruit that’s right outside your side door you old fool. (Damage still avoidable but not for long)
Hey, maybe Lennox-King is really smarter than we think and this was all done by him intentionally because he secretly holds a major TGZ short position with undisclosed partners. Ha ha ha…well he certainly acts like he is shorting TGZ and looks like it’s working.
