Chet needs to sell soon and accept what is.  The long bull run in gold might be petering out at last and it won't get better a year from now if so.  It will only get harder to build a mine which is a pretty far out prospect.  Imagine raising that capex with 1300 dollar gold if things go in an unexpected direction.  The time to sell is NOW.  There will be other companies and opportunities in the future.
