anyhow...im advocating widening its scope and profile to people who come from financial centers where world finance and business gets done.  

 

I agree with the above statement in principle. My biggest concern here is simply rushing into a premature BOD shakeup, only to discover later that it hurt rather than helped the company.

You might just say that I hate the idea of putting the " cart before the horse"

Let there be change -- not for its sake -- or that of any political agenda -- but for the greater good of the company and its shareholders.
