In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. PTA.WT - question

PTA.WT - question

Was reading the defintion between the WT's and WT.B's.

WT's mention - each warrant is exercisable for each common share, however WT.B's mention each one half warrant for each share..

If somebody has a feedback please share.  an extra 6 months on the WT's is pretty safe to say will be in the money..
