RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: This is rediculous che Good to see some constructive activity on this historically quiet board. This is the least expensive stock I am aware of in any market based on expected cash flow and earnings. Hard to believe, but the recent guidence provided was probably viewed as a mild disappointment compared to institutional expectations as this stock is largely institutionally owned. Prior management had forecast annual production of 30000 tons copper from the cutback project so the 20000 forecast was a decent haircut. I personally think new management is setting the bar pretty low. The plant and mine operated for Anvil fairly predictably for a decade so cranking it back up to full production should have relatively modest execution risk. Given the cash flow from the first mine which others here have already forecast, the second mine coming on-line in about 10 months which should add 50% plus to those already lofty numbers plus a solid exploration portfolio (especially Lufukwe) there is a lot to like here. Historically, there were very large cost overruns for the cut back project as well as Kapulo (which is why management changed) and thus I think institutions are taking a show me attitude and this has created the present opportunity. Sure it's Africa and on top of that its the DRC so the geopotitical risk is huge, but if the cash flow comes through as expected from both project this year, I believe this stock will move considerably, despite it's location. The discount to cash flow is way too large although I clearly understand the presnt show me attitude given it's cost overrun history. As always, do your own due diligence.
