PCE has good production and high debt. AVF, with a lot of help from the sale of their marketing arm, does a great job in reducing the debt load. CHX brings 200+ in land for 70 something in debt. Combined, you get production, reduced debt and cheap land... To me, IMHO, this seems like a stronger company than the 3 as seperate entities...
