The campaign hasn't begun so there is no surprise that there is no action on the OTC. Once it does begin, don't be surprised if most of the buying takes place on the TSX anyway. My brokerage allows me to buy CA or US stocks and I'm sure the folks being approached by the new PR firm will be able to buy on the home country exchange instead of slumming on the OTC.

You concerns about the PR firm may well come to pass, we don't know who they will be yet. Also many of us have a bad taste in our mouth from GrowthPoint who were probably well paid even though they produced nothing tangible for the company. We will see if OPEL has learned from this mistake.
