- If OSC made a decision, we should expect something shortly, I guess by 5 PM EST.

- If OSC is pending judgement till tomorrow, then I guess we will need to wait till tomorrow.

- BEP 2.60 bid expires Monday, so I believe this battle will be fought to the last minute !!.. I hope BEP sees good reason and ups its bid to $3.00+ range.
