RE: RE: Baldock's track record at Vergis

RE: RE: Baldock's track record at Vergis

I was only reporting Baldock's record at Vergis after some here seemed to believe he did such a great job there. All the info came from PRs the company put out. I am an investor in MMY solely because I believe the stock is extremely undervalued. The main reason for that is some bonehead decisions by the CEO and supported by the BOD. I would not be at all surprised if we see some changes in the BOD and also mgmt in the near future.  I'm looking forward to the AGM and what proposals will be put in front of us next month. No, I don't particularly like a CEO who makes misleading statements to stockholders and then refuses to talk to us.  I also think that at 72, it's probably time for Baldock to turn over the reins to someone else.

Congratulations to all stockholders who contributed to stopping the third version of the un-needed PP. Sometimes it does pay to become more involved.
