Depends what you use as a denumerator, I used the original 95 cents, as its not normally done to change your yield as the market value changes, on final realisation the change in market value would add, or substract from the overall yield.

I understand what you are saying, but regretfully that is not the way the Industry identifies a Dividend Yield. Every one as a different cost base and as such your formula would make it impossible to clearly identify to a potential Investor, what the anticiipated dividend yield would be.
 
Hence there is but only one way to identify a dividend yield.
