I'm not sure how closely guarded mine safety measures are.  I would think that any U.S. company would gladly share their technology in this regard.  I could be wrong.  Also having the good doctor as part of LLEN certainly does give them a foot in the door in regards to any JVs and the advantage of a U.S. listing doesn't hurt either with the way the Chinese govt restricts money flows.  Still patiently waiting for the ice to break up over their SP.  Seems to be taking much longer than I expected, but the day will come sooner or later.
