the eligible institutional investor’s securityholding percentage in the class of
securities, since the last report filed by the eligible institutional investor under Part
4 or the early warning requirements:
As at January 31, 2013, there is a net decrease of 2,517,500 in the holdings of common
shares (the “Common Shares”) and a net decrease of 1,150,000 in the holdings of
warrants (the “Warrants”) of Temex Resources Corp. (the “Issuer”). This has resulted in
a net decrease of 2.7% in the Offeror’s securityholding percentage.
3. The designation and number or principal amount of securities and the eligible
institutional investor's securityholding percentage in the class of securities at the
end of the month for which the report is made:
As at January 31, 2013, the Offeror on behalf of accounts fully managed by it and
together with joint actors, exercise control or direction over 23,971,530 Common Shares
and 3,550,000 Warrants of the Issuer. See Item 4. Based on the number of currently
issued and outstanding common shares (as reported by the Issuer), and assuming the
exercise of the Warrants, the Offeror together with joint actors exercise control or
direction over 16.8% of the issued and outstanding common shares.

outstanding securities referred to in item 3 over which:
(a) the eligible institutional investor, either alone or together with any joint
actors, has ownership and control:
The Offeror does not itself own any Common Shares or other securities of the Issuer. Of
the Common Shares referred to above, a total of 736,250 Common Shares are
beneficially owned by certain portfolio managers of the Offeror, who may be considered
to be acting jointly or in concert with the Offeror. The only other persons with whom
the Offeror may be deemed by the Securities Act (Ontario) to be acting jointly and in
concert with would be the entities referred to in Item 7 below.
