halcro, I believe what you said is evident on many SH boards, and many listed companies.

 

I agree with you on many points.  It's quite rewarding when you can find a company that has the best interest of its shareholders in mind first, alongside with their interests.

 

I guess we can blame human nature for that, but in some cases, and you can see that with the most successful companies in the world, you do find that the insiders do place shareholder value first, after all they do realize that what's good for shareholders is good for them, as they are shareholders too.

 

Unfortunately, this isn't always the case, and it's difficult to know until it's sometimes too late.  We'll see soon enough in regards to BGM, how shareholders fare.  Hopefully this isn't the precedent to the next BGM reincarnation.   JMO
