he knows excatly the lawsuit will go no where, he knows more than anyone out psn will not go bankrupt(a company making 7mil in its wrose quarter with low delb and 5mil cash in hand will be out of buisness??? i don't think so) just like carter he try to raise these issues everyday to scare off panic shareholders so he can re-entre cheap to make back his lost, i guess he didn't contact sick LLP at all...maybe he contacted carter so now they all speak the same tone....
