In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Winter are do you have comprehension difficulties?

this is the 2 nd time someone has told you that the Warrant B are converted at 1 to 1 for common stock at .35

why do you keep spreading misinformation?

the best thing o happen for PTA IMO is for it to hang around .70 (if it gets there)

Unitl the 180 million options expires in 2014 then shoot pass that.

it will save us a lot of dilution.
