Boy, do I feel stupid Has anyone seen the "fairness opinion" from Rothschild that was supposed to be in the Directors' Circular?
Could it be that Rothschild said that BEP's offer was fair, so WND conveniently forgot to put it in?
That is HUGE, and I feel like a fool for not catching it before.
And that would explain why we are not getting another offer, because there simply aren't any.
That pretty much seals the deal for me. I am tendering to BEP, and I suggest everyone else do the same.
