RE: RE: Most likely Wrt offtakes, we have RPA confirmation that there is demand for Lac Knife's graphite exceeding production quotas expressed in the PEA. Given the history of the deposit, low production costs and proven demand, if Focus somehow wouldn't be able to get the offtakes, I think there's little hope for the rest of the pack.
As soon as FMS can show that they can produce with 3rd party verification and has an approved MINE CLOSURE PLAN which gives FMS the right to proceed with construction of the mine.
So why would say a Samsung give them an offtake agreement when neither FMS or samsung knows when FMS can deliver material.
Use some commonsense no end user will issue an offtake beofre a mine is approved via permits.
