I find it concerning from a timing perspective and a price perspective.  1.2 million shares sold in the high 2.50's, 400K from 3 insiders, shortly before we report Q4 earnings.  I will be shocked/stunned/amazed if we get strong earnings and these guys are selling just in front of it......
