It was a bad deal from day one and this management team should be fired. AVF dropped on the announcement and continues to drop.furthur.  management 's job is to BUILD shareholder value not destroy it.  Their main earner was ELBOW RIVER and now it's sold to backstop a weak combination where selected individuals will share a multi million buyout....it is a double edged sword thou as AVF may now be beyond repair-just why wasn't the sale of ELBOW RIVER done CONDITIONALLY on a successful Vote???-I suspect management  Knew the answer...one angry shareholders opinion.
