RE: RE: Valuation Opinion

RE: RE: Valuation Opinion

I am not missing any point. If you don't think there will be another bid, then I would tender as well. And for all the chest pumping tough talking you have done all along, when it comes crunch time and you have to rely on your own alalysis,  you have just shown you really did not beleive your own pronouncements. The fact is you flinched.  Listen, there are lots of week kneed investors who are not cut out for the risk play.  That is understandable and that is fine.  But logic does not suggest that there will not be another bid.  Once Yabucoa is done, and combined with the tax credits, it is a no brainer that ther will be a better than a $2.60 bid.  Yes, the share price is going to  tank for a bit and I will be loading up the truck.

Jeff may have an ego but he is not going to go down with the ship just to spite BEP. He wants his money as well.  in my opinion, he knows he can do better.  Just need to get the pesky BEP out of the way.   BEP has all along tried to manipulate the process which it is entitled to do.  He even got you to drop a load in your pants.
