Probability, you are a decent fellow and even though I don't know you really, I think I would like to.  But, it has been explained that price is not the issue, being able to get 90% of the shares is. Until BEP backs down, the bidders don't want to bid.  If BEP backs down and this is really their final offer, they will have no interest in being minority shareholders and they will tender their shares for a fair offer.  Listen, e-mail Investor relations and ask the right questions and you might get the answers that you need.  This is trench warfare and I don't blame BEP one bit.  But, the fact is BEP is trying to get a steal here and they are hoping that  nervous investors wil fold. The reality is, $4.00 - $5.00 will be the ultimate bid.
