My feeling is that if BEP walks, the worst case scenario  is that we get a similar offer in the next few months. But the best case scenario is up to $5.00.  And, if BEP walks,I will load up on shares in the $2.00 range  and the likely worst case scenario is I sell them for $2.50-$2.75 by another purchaser but likely much more in the next few months.. Listen, you don't have to listen to me or WND.  Listen to the analysts. BEP's offer does not inlclude Yabucoa or the tax credits.  $4.00 is a very reasonable assessment including Yabucoa and the tax credits and now we have the Puerto Rico option.  I really do not think those numbers are unreasonable. I appreciate that the long termholders have been tortured but I see value and even if the co, was not sold, I am content being a medium term holder,
