RE: What is really best for us smaller shareholder I had to read yoru blog 3x and I am still shaking my head in disbelief. You grudgingly vote for dilution to prevent major share holders from obtaining a majority ??? How does that make any sense? I would rather venture to suggest that the opposite would be the case. In any case how dare You to suggeast that the minority share holders should buy more under priced shares so they don't lose their % age of shares held. You are essentially suggesting that they should invest more of their hard earned money in this by now very doubtful venture, full of intrigues, lies, half truth and a hare brained BOD and above all the CEO, R Baldock, who cannot be trusted one iota. Maybe not hare brained but deceitful, dishonest or worse (criminal is the term).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I WANT TO SEE ANY DILUTION at least not for the next 12 - 18 month. Not until all the facts are known and coomunicated properly to the share holders.
Was habe Sie dazu zu sagen, Vabene (und es ist eingentlich garnicht "vabene")
