So there are 3 potential bidders left in the Rothscild process according to your post? And you say they already know how much they want to pay (as little as possible I am sure, so you really mean, that they know how much they are willing the pay). Can you confirm this is what you meant in your last post?
So if you were told these details, were you also told why none of these companies have made a bid?
I recall that WND, Brookfield and the OSC all stated that no other company has made a binding bid, so everyone seems to agree on that.
And could you please refer me to the Regulation or the Quote in the buyout circular that says that Brookfield will or must extend the tender offer for 10 days after a successful bid? I can't recall seeing that in writing and it seems important enough to read oneself. Thanks in advance.
