I assume it was WND's IR who told you that?
So, if BEP doesn't get over 50% tomorrow, nothing changes, and there will be no other bid?
BEP will still have enough shares to cause problems, maybe even more than they have now.
Just how long are shareholders willing to wait, while the share price falls after a failed bid? And it will fall.
There is an offer of $2.60 on the table.
The option appears to be tortured by another six months of confusion and insulting emails between WND and BEP. Doesn't sound very appealing to me.
