Good point.  EIS approval is not an issue for aaa. But none the less it is good news for Krn. And good news for Krn will translate into good news for aaa. 

When Krn obtains financing shortly, it will show the market that the only projects that will move forward are low cost ($600 million) to production ones like aaa and Krn.
