RE: This is one big DOG.

RE: This is one big DOG.

I was thinking about D-Box this weekend and I was pretty much decided on selling as soon as I could due to the share price being at pretty much the same level as when I bought in 4 years ago, and without much news since September, it seems that the growth prospects are worst than they were back then...

Then I read the financial and the MD&A... Q3 has always been the worst, and by far, quarter of the year in term of new system sales... It makes sense as most Block Busters are out for the end of November and all of December, then it goes to May/June/July, so most systems are sold by the end of September for the Christmas season, and nothing happens until pretty much March...

Look at page 14 of the latest MD&A for quarterly data. I'm convinced they won't post a positive EBITDA for Q3, but I would say that if the OEM sales are above 1.5M and Utilization rights, rental and maintenance revenues are above 0.5M, we should be on the right track to see this company become profitable.

That being said, with almost 164M shares, who really want to hold this stock to enventually see the company posting a quarterly 50k in net income? If we want this stock price to increase, we will need them to put out a couple of big announcements before then end of March.
