I am not misrepresenting anything !! WnD Had DISCUSSIONS/NEGOTIATIONS about a possible offer of $2.75 for windstar and spin off kingman , Arizona and yabacoa ? How am I misrepresenting the facts ? Then BROOKFIELD MISSED THE DEADLINE  ! Wnd put the Nr out not me you pickle tray !!!
